We work with other health systems in Maine to learn more about community health needs in the state and how we will plan and work to improve health outcomes.

MaineGeneral's Prevention Center has special educators who can help you quit smoking, control your pre-diabetes, get more active and manage your chronic conditions. Our Healthy Living Resource Center offers many free and low-cost resources for mindful living.
