Diabetes Prevention Program
Are you ready to make a lifestyle change? Enroll in a highly effective lifestyle change program today and meet weekly with a trained lifestyle coach and a peer support for FREE!

You will learn creative ways to eat healthier and become more active; how to make your habits healthier and get long-term support you need to stick with the changes. We will meet for one hour weekly for 8 sessions, biweekly for 8 sessions, followed by monthly for six months.
