Explore Meditation: What It Is and How to Use It in Your Life
You hear about it everywhere. Now learn what it is, how it can transform your physical, mental and spiritual health, and how to initiate and cultivate your own meditation practice. This three-session class is followed by four optional weeks of a meditation group.

                        9-10:15 a.m.  (3 sessions)
                                        *Optional Meditation Sessions: Wednesday, Nov.18-Dec. 9
                                           7-8 p.m. (4 sessions)

Before you register for this event, you must read the following Hold Harmless Agreement and agree to it by typing your name in the Registration form.

I understand that it is my responsibility to contact my primary care provider prior to participating in any of the above activities if I am unsure of my ability to participate in any of the activities offered by the Healthy Living Resource Center. I understand the risks of participating in the Healthy Living Resource Center programs and all of my questions have been answered to my satisfaction. My participation in these activities is not in any way representative of MaineGeneral Health and I assume full responsibility for any adverse event related to my participation. In addition, I agree to follow the Healthy Living Resource Center Code of Conduct that includes being responsible, caring, respectful, honest and healthy while attending classes offered through the Healthy Living Resource Center.
