We're Here For You

Each physician/patient relationship is important. For continuity of care, each gynecology patient will generally visit with her own provider. For obstetric visits we typically have patients rotate with all of the providers during their office visits, giving them the opportunity to establish a relationship with each provider.

If your provider is not available, you can be sure the provider who cares for you will offer the same professional, high-quality and compassionate care.

Office visits are by appointment. To schedule an appointment, please call (207) 621-9100. Our staff will discuss with you the amount of time needed for the appointment and any actions you may need to take before your visit.

If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please call us as soon as possible so we can offer the open time to another patient. Occasionally, emergencies or deliveries may cause a delay in service. Whenever possible, we will try to notify you to give you the choice of waiting, rescheduling or possibly being seen by another provider (if needed).

If you have an emergency after hours, call MaineGeneral Medical Center's Alfond Center for Health in Augusta at
626-1000. The physician on call will return your call. Generally it is best for you personally to make the call so the provider can talk directly with you to make the best decisions on your care.

As a convenience to our patients, we offer the following laboratory tests in our office:
  • Urine pregnancy
  • Urine cultures
  • Blood glucose
  • Hemoglobin
  • Cholesterol

We ask that you schedule an appointment with our office for these services.

Our laboratory hours are:
  • Monday-Friday: 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m.

Please call prior to coming in to be sure our lab technician is available.

Blood can be drawn for most all other tests on-site and sent to an outside accredited laboratory. Pathological interpretation of pap smears and tissue removed by biopsy will be billed directly to you from that laboratory.

For your convenience and as part of our commitment to provide complete care, we provide ultrasound diagnostics in our office.
