Alexandra Degenhardt, MD, MMSc is a board-certified neurologist and fellowship-trained subspecialist in Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Her clinical interests include MS, autoimmune disease of the central nervous system (CNS) and general neurology. Her aim is to provide excellent individualized & compassionate medical care in collaboration with the medical team. A member of MaineGeneral Medical Center's active staff since June 2016, she has practiced neurology since 2003, been a neurology attending at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, created a de-novo successful MS program in Brooklyn NY, and has enjoyed practicing and living in Maine since 2012.
