The MaineGeneral Workplace Health 3-day new certification course is designed to meet the requirements of the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation (CAOHC)-approved, 20-hour certification course.

Fees & Payment

The registration fee of $850.00 includes lunch each day, the examination fee ($75) and other training materials. The CAOHC Hearing Conservation Manual is an additional $85 (optional, but recommended).

The cost of your registration, minus $50, is refundable if you cancel 15 days or more before the course start date. No refunds are issued if you cancel less than 15 days before the course start date. You may, however, send an alternate in your place or, if we find a replacement for your registered class date, you may transfer to a later course.

The MaineGeneral Workplace Health 3-day new certification course is designed to meet the requirements of the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation (CAOHC)-approved, 20-hour certification course.

Course Success

Workplace Health's onsite, in-person classes yield a near-perfect success rate. To date, more than 95 percent of participants have passed the CAOHC certification or re-certification exam on the first attempt, with a 100 percent passage rate by the second attempt. 

Personalized tutoring and guided self-review are offered if a second attempt on an exam is needed.
