- Athletic performance improves when there is a balance between mobility, stability and strength. Athletic trainers often implement different techniques to help athletes achieve this as a way to prevent or treat injuries. However, stick mobility training is a relatively new system athletic trainers may not be aware of that can increase success in these areas for athletes.
-This course will look at a stick mobility training system, which combines joint mobilization, strength training, and active stretching to increase athletic performance, reduce risk of injury, and speed up recovery.
