Have you recently quit smoking, or are ready to quit but worry about sabotaging thoughts and behaviors? Guided hypnotherapy and group discussions help you decrease cravings, visualize life as a non-smoker and reinforce new positive habits. During hypnotherapy, you remain in charge of your mind and body while being guided into a state of deep relaxation, like meditation.
