- In recent years, the field of strength and conditioning has integrated different exercises and movement concepts to best optimize athlete performance. This is based around the idea that we are not moving in a single plane of motion while competing so why do we strength train this way?
Athletic trainers and other healthcare professionals benefit to integrate these idea and practices into their rehab to help our patients in returning to play in a way that mimics and prepares the athlete for competition.
This program will explain these concepts, demonstrate assessment for determining deficits in the patient as well as show ways we can apply it in our clinics.
