Dr Brown is fantastic! He listens when I am describing my symptoms. I do not feel rushed. He advocates for me to secure tests and follow up care. He personally phones me to discuss test results and treatment options. This is how health care was 40 years ago!!

Dr. Brown is excellent at discussing medications and which ones would be best for a particular condition. He always checks out all possible information about medications. Although his office hours are shortened, that never interferes with his assistance and availability for consultation outside of office hours. In my many years I have never met a health care provider who is so kind, considerate, empathetic, and knowledgeable. He is a fantastic doctor as well as human being.

Jason has taken very good care of me and his no nonsense way of explaining things is great. He kept me as a patient when he was reducing the number of patients he had. I firmly believe he played a major role in keeping me alive when I allowed myself to get so over weight and diabetic. I would not want to trust my health to anyone else.

Yes, very pleased with the overall outlook and Dr. Brown was his usual superb self. The nurse was truly excellent and a major asset to your organization. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, by the time I reached the front of the line to check in I was already late for my appointment. If you are going to schedule early appointments, you need to staff your check in as well.

Always well cared for at Maine General!! Jason Brown is brilliant!!

Jason was amazing and got all my questions answered. Augusta Family Medicine did all they could and was a short wait. I was even able to get a proper plan setup. On the other side of Maine General at the ER in the Augusta Hospital was absolutely awful! I spent just over 5hrs in the waiting room and then spent another 2 or 3hrs in a room. I have no plans of ever trying the Augusta ER again and hope I can get my bill heavily discounted from getting nothing out of the ER. I wish I had waited for Augusta Family Medicine, they know how to treat people. I would like a follow up from someone regarding the ER please.

Dr. Brown is a great guy, very attentive and explains things well, I hope he does not go anywhere.

Jason Brown and his staff are amazing in all ways - listening and responding, diagnosing, recommending treatment, being accessible and following up. Dr. Brown is the best doctor I've had in my lifetime. He's approachable, a good friend, invested in my care and always available when I need help. I look forward to my appointments and my health is totally improved in the last decade thanks to him and his dedicated team. His CMA suggested he should wear a cape - I agree.

My apt was at 1040. At 1200 I opened the door and asked someone if Dr. Brown forgot me. He came in a few min later and I left at 1:00. Not acceptable. My time is important too. Over 3 hrs? I understand that people run late but this was over the top. Don't send me a message telling me to be on time because my doctor has set this time aside for me! Very hard to get an apt in the first place so I didn't walk out. You can do better.

Experience at MaineGeneral Health was excellent as always. I tell everyone to go south to MaineGeneral for their health needs. Far outshines anything available in Bangor or surrounding area.

Never have I felt my appointment was rushed. Listening and a sense of humor are two of Dr. Brown's greatest qualities. He is one of a kind.
