The music in the waiting room is horrifying

When checking in, one girl was checking someone in, while two others were sitting and chatting, then after 10 minutes saw me waiting and then took care of checking me in.

The doctor was considerate and helpful she helped me get my son into a rehab after his accident

I had a great experience at this office with NP Longfellow. I am hoping to get her as my PCP. She listened, was attentive and made what has been a very traumatic experience a little easier. She has given me hope that I will receive the care I need to help me recover. I am looking forward to being in the care of this office.

I didn't see my regular pcp as she was unavailable, however I expressed the urgency of the appointment and was able to get in very quick. I trust all of the doctors and staff at this location so I was okay seeing someone else. The appointment went great. I felt heard and my pain was taken seriously.

I found the provider very kind and empathetic. I don't know if I've been there enough for them to know me personally that well or my history, but I found her very, very helpful.

Well, I didn't get my prescription. I was supposed to get it's for dizziness and she was supposed to write it in and I went to the pharmacy and she didn't write in my meclizine and I need it for the dizziness.

I would like to have this lady as my full-time primary care doctor. She did a good job, she had the experience, and she took her time. Thank you.

My initial call was answered by someone who seemed knowledgeable in triage and was compassionate/empathetic and obtained the earliest appointment as possible. She also helped to make an appointment with a new provider for my annual physical. I was very pleased with the reception staff as it seems to have improved since my last visit. I was greeted pleasantly and the next person assigning my lab appointment was also pleasant. I noted that they did not raise their voice so the whole reception area could overhear, nor did they carry on a conversation with a co-worker while waiting on me. I was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment reservation which is also appreciated.

This was my first visit I was treated with the utmost respect and greatly appreciate it. I am joining the practice at Gardiner Family Practice because of a bad experience at a different practice where I had no say in my health-care and did not like that.

I did not see my doctor. I saw the nurse practitioner who ordered tests that I needed to be accurately diagnosed. It has been 10 years that I have been telling the doctor about this pain. I wish I had seen the nurse practitioner earlier.

Karen listened attentively to my concerns and assured me she would pass on my information to my PCP. She was knowledgeable and I left the appointment feeling supported.

So it was a very tough appointment learning you had lesions on your liver and a tumor in your pancreas, I was all by myself, and they did a super job and keeping me mentally and physically comfortable

Karen was great and listened about my stay in hospital and gave her thoughts but listened to mine as well couldn't have been better

Having been in the private practice medical arena for 45 yrs I find myself not really liking this practice very much at all. I know how "medicine" is done now has changed dramatically esp. post covid...but.... I have friends who are pt.'s of other various practices and they are shown more interest and more care concerning whatever reason they're there for.

Dr.Longfellow was absolutely amazing thoughtful and kind. I really felt she was listening to me.

This was the first time that I'd seen Karen Longfellow, so obviously she wouldn't be as up to date on me and my history in the past, but she was very up to date on the situation that I had recently, which was a mild stroke. I liked her. She was very informative, and I would love to see her again.

When checking out there were 2 staff sitting at the windows. I was greeted or waited on. I was simply told to go to the next window. I went to the next window and was ignored. I think this process could be looked into. Don't have the window open if you can't help patients right then. It's awkward and feels impersonal especially when it's very apparent there are others there that could help which is what happened.

Every single person from check in to exit was phenomenal, professional and pleasant! Thank you for a great experience!! It's obvious the people I encountered enjoyed working there.

Karen is very pleasant and listens to your needs if any. I've seen her a few times and have never had a bad experience.

So many bad experiences there it would be very hard to recommend it I kind of feel like I'm stuck there definitely do not trust the doctors
