Welcomed at the front very pleasantly and registered quickly, MA took me to an exam room and was professional and complete in doing a history, chief complaint and vital signs. Dr. Liegner was his per usual pleasant and professional in the visit and visit was completed without issue.

Twice the recording that reminds you of the appointment I found in my voice mail and in each case my appointment had been canceled. Apparently if you miss the call the recording automatically cancels your appointment. Can't express how frustrating to show up for your scheduled appointment and find it canceled and the office didn't cancel it nor did I. Only explanation is if you miss the recording reminder it goes to your voice mail and someway automatically cancels the appointment

I am old and have had many primary physicians (most out of state) and Adam is by far the best that I have had. He is engaging, personable, and listens to all questions and responds professionally. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Liegner takes time to go over my multiple conditions with me. He always gives options and asks what I want to do. When I ask, he will suggest what he thinks is good option explaining why. I appreciate and value him as my PCP.

I am a very happy patient of this practice. I think the flow of arrival to registration could be improved. Patients arrive and immediately encounter a bank of glass and nearly overwhelming sound. Loud waiting room music forces everyone to speak loudly and each person struggling to be heard over the next window of registration or check out. Respecting other peoples' privacy is a challenge due to necessary volume over background noise. I don't have a solution but do hope that others are working to solve this obstacle to entering a complete healthcare experience.

I was very hesitant to share a lot of things that were taking place in my life as I am older than my family Dr... but thru our visits I've come to trust & respect this wonderful caring soul whom practices Compassion & Empathy.... Hello. Yes, once again, my office visit was exceptionally good, well organized, everyone very polite, courteous, helpful, empathetic. Dr. Liegner very much tuned into my healthcare plan and the nurse was excellent and there was not an unkind, uncaring person in the office. I had a bit of trouble getting an appointment by calling the front desk in a reasonably timely manner (two weeks out). I ended up reaching out to my primary care doctor through the portal. He had his team reach out to me quickly, scheduling to see me the next day which I truly appreciated. The issue was somewhat pressing. Thank you very my Dr. Liegner and team.

I asked Dr Liegner to take on my daughter as a patient 18 months ago. He wasn't taking new patients but agreed to. She was sick to the point I feared death. Dr Liegner found the specialist she needed in which cured her of her ailment. Now we're in the process of rebuilding with yet another specialist, thanks to him. I credit Dr Liegner with saving her life and I've told everyone who asks how she is.

Yes. For most people I've talked with, it takes two or three months to find a primary care physician. The people in the front desk allowed me to find one in a matter of minutes, which is a miracle. So the staff, the medical staff, and the doctor did a wonderful job, highly recommended, definitely would give them a raise. Thank you very much for the care you gave me and will definitely recommend to other people. Thank you.
