Dr. Bois is turning into my favorite doctor ever. Thorough, conscientious, erudite, and approachable. Give that man a raise.

I am grateful for my primary care provider, Drew Bois. He is very patient and truly listens and cares. He is a true partner in my health care and I am healthier as a result. He is very responsive when I reach out regarding an update or with any questions or concerns I have about my health and symptoms, prescription refills, medical advice, etc. I am very comfortable with him and truly appreciate having such a caring, knowledgeable and compassionate medical care provider. When I was scared and anxious about an upcoming medical procedure that I needed, he spent time listening to my concerns and helping to reduce my anxiety around it. He makes sure that I receive timely referrals to specialty providers for my health care concerns and although I'm certain that he has many other patients, he never treats me as just another patient in his day. Drew Bois and the assistant that took our blood pressure were very nice, professional, and concerned with my care. Drew was very attentive.

Drew is very good. He listens. He turns away from the computer so that he can hear you. He doesn't form an opinion before he even talks to you about it or looks at you. So he's open-minded about what you should do to treat the situation. Doesn't feel hurried, pressured. Very nice guy. I'd like to transfer to him. That would be great.

First time meeting with my PA therefore he would not have know my medical history. Very good first impression. Looking forward to future appointments.

I have the utmost confidence that Drew Bois listens to my concerns, understands my medical history and is providing top notch care. I was just very frustrated that I called for an appointment over four weeks ago. I wanted a referral to an ear, nose and throat specialist because I haven't been able to taste or smell. And I had to have this appointment first, which basically now gave me a referral to an ear, nose and throat specialist because I still don't have taste or smell. And now I'm three, four weeks behind and able to try to get to the solution of my problem. I seem very resistant to the aspect of just trying to get to a solution. I understand there's concerns with insurance and making sure I've seen my select physician first, but it just seems like getting to the solution of an affliction is not what the primary goal is.

Everytime I attend your facility, no matter the department, has been an absolute dream. Everyone is efficient, pleasant and allows for an easy conversation. I arrive with many questions and leave with all the knowledge and secured satisfaction and safety. Thank you to the whole Family Medicine team, y'all are truly fantastic and appreciated.

The paperwork in the waiting room didn't seem particularly focused. I would have expected some thing prompting me to think of medical issues I might be having, instead of more general, social welfare questions. I'm not saying to discontinue the social piece, but it did not feel particularly tailored to me or my medical situation.

I had not had a visit with Drew Bois prior to this encounter but felt very comfortable with him and he was very thorough and kind. I was also impressed that within a few hours of having my bloodwork and EKG he provided me with the results and suggested treatment plan through the portal, which greatly eased my mind.

I am still waiting for my appointment at Georgia School and one of my medication needed pre-authorization which was not available when I needed it. Otherwise, it was very well. Thank you.

When I called to get an appointment for my situation, the receptionist who first answered the call was very rude. And then there was a nurse whom I talked to. She was very nice and understanding. I just wanted to put that in record. Thank you.

You need to figure out why staff turnover so much.

Look I am getting older I realize I am going to have issues as far as my body but honestly I'm in a lot of pain and every joint in my hands and legs are swelling to amounts of not being able to move and yet your team ignores that I truly wish you folks could just get it right to help me we're supposed to do advanced at this point in history and instead I feel as if we are backwards

Yes, it took me a long time to get in for the intake, which is what I was there for. This wasn't there for actual treatment. And that was very frustrating to me, but I also understand that you guys have lives, et cetera. But that was my main hang-up with everything that went on there. But outside of that, everything went very well. Thank you, and bye.

Almost a full year to get an initial appointment, but I am enthusiastically optimistic about moving forward.

The check in staff member was very professional and friendly. The doctor's assistant explained everything clearly, and the doctor was extremely thorough and went over all my information, asked if I had questions and answered all those questions completely. The check out staff was very kind and very thorough as well. Wonderful care, and great appointment!

Drew is awesome! Super knowledgeable. Easy to talk to, he listens . Definitely a keeper! His nurse was wonderful too. Every visit I have had here, everyone from front desk check in, the intake, doctor visit and check out desk...the team is phenomenal.

The waiting time was quite long but the PA indicated that the previous patient had experienced some difficulty delaying my appointment.

All staff was courteous and professional. I felt that I was heard when I expressed my thoughts and feelings. They do a great job.

Attention was given to my concerns. Medical history was reviewed while getting a treatment plan going forward with a plan if a specialist needs to be consulted if plan doesn't work.

Drew failed to treat as promised. He walked out on us both with no words, abruptly!! He failed to observe my walking hallways as promised. I was trying to tell him I still had 1 more a 4th issue physical complaint possible cancer to which he turned and left no closures!! 2. Admin office

Drew Bois is fantastic!

Drew was a nice, friendly physician assistant. But when he first came in, my appointment was at seven, and I said, it's 7: 35. I figured you wouldn't have any other patients to be late. He said, well, we actually have 20 minutes for the room. So I'm not actually late. It's actually only like 15 minutes. And then he said, but I am sorry for being late. If I was that late, they would reschedule me. So I don't think that it's fair that they have a 20 minute window, to be late to the appointment. Other than that, he was very nice and good to talk with.
