Sarah Flynn, PA-C

He had chest xray, more like girl asked him to walk, he in wheel chair, for reason. Then got him over to chest xray machine did not help him stand or help in any manner. Should have gotten sister to help. He a fall risk. Very unhappy with fall risk. He has Dementia. Very careless of them.

Sarah Flynn is great. I was disappointed when she told me I would be seeing a different physician next time. Other than that I was very satisfied with my visit.

Sarah was wonderful to work with. I hope that you will also look at natural ways to heal any medical situation.

Easy to get an apt for sick visit. Provider was helpful and pleasant.

ij'm a number not a person...

I am disappointed by the fact that the PA wrote down my consult was for a DVT when I was there to discuss whether the side effects of the Eliquis I take was mimicking stage 2 Parkinson's symptoms. I do not currently have a DVT.

The staff is attentive and Listens to what I hVe to say.

Check in person was fast, efficient, and had a great attitude! Sarah Flynn was thorough, patient, considerate, and was very helpful answering my questions in a way that addressed my concerns and that I could easily understand.

Sarah was filling in for my PCP who is out on leave. With the help of my digital medical history, she was able to get up to speed on my medical conditions quite quickly. From there, she was able do evaluate my current medications and conditions and make useful recommendations. She was very pleasant to speak with and I did not feel talked-down to at all. I have scheduled a follow-up visit with her in three months with her as my PCP will just be returning to work at that time.

Had problems with the portal not downloading the information that was being updated. That has now been resolved. Other issue is telling me the time of the appointment while I'm there in person and then changing it with no direct notice to me. I am not in the portal unless I have a question or an issue to resolve. Thank you.

I met Sarah and thought her to be extremely helpful and she answered all my questions and she had a great personality.

I knew I was seeing a PA for my wellness yearly check up, I was disappointed that I still don't have a regular physician

Sarah did a good job, she asked many questions and even reminded me to get my tetanus shot...so I did while I was there.

Everyone at this facility is always friendly and knowledgeable.

Staff turnover is frustrating, just get comfortable with a provider and they leave, not fault of anyone but still frustrating. Calling to schedule appointments or speak to someone is often difficult and long hold times.

My previous healthcare provider has left. Sarah was new to me and she was most helpful and caring and really listened to what I had to say.

I know it is not their fault but being between PCP is frustrating.

The P.A. was new to me as my previous provider had moved. However, my "temporary" provider is very knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful.

I felt listened to and heard and we came up with a care plan that will be best for me.
