It was interesting, they said no jewelry, but I didn't know if I could get my wedding ring off and I didn't realize that they would cut it off. So I think that should be made very, very clear because if you cut my wedding ring off, I'd have been very, very upset. But I managed to really soap it and get it off. But thank you because everything else was very nice. Bye.

I am having memory loss and my daughter-in-love goes with me and Ashley was very understanding. Also every caring.

Ashley MacDearmid was calm and friendly. She answered all my questions and showed me on my x-ray where the issue was and what was causing it. I have seen her several times for related issues. Her treatment and behavior toward me are what I have come to expect when I see her. It is a pleasure to count her as one of my medical providers.

I was turned away twice from their walk in it has taken over a month and a half to get an appointment for a serious injury to get looked at Maine General is about as efficient as the government!!

Super pleased with my experience. The x ray tech was super pleasant. The nurse was great, even the registration people. The PA I got was amazing. She really listened to my complaint and I was able to leave seeing imaging of my knee and a clear explanation of what was wrong. The PA at MaineGeneral was spot on with noticing my knee cap being tilted and scraping on my other bones. So grateful for a answer to start resolving the true problem. Thanks for the great care I received.

I wish my PCP would have directed me to the walk in clinic the week before, had to wait a week living with the sports injury. How are we to know of this resource if Primary Care doesn't suggest to its patients to use it. Frustrating
