The MA was fantastic. Registration staff was amazing. The PA didn't seem to know about my medical history and didn't fully listen to what I'm going through now. He did order test but I have a complicated medical history and always present atypically. I left with no confidence. I have done the test before.

I was hesitant about coming in because I wasn't terribly sick. But I've been a little bit sick for too long. Talking to the nurse on the phone she convinced me that I should come in and she explained why. So I did not feel like I was using the system inappropriately. That's very important for me and probably for other people and getting help we need when we need it! And they saw me same day which is amazing.

My only concern is that I was unable to schedule my follow up because their calendar is not available three months out. This happens often and they don't call me back to schedule. I have to call them. Three months is not an unreasonable amount of time for scheduling.

Always receive excellent care at FMI/MaineGeneral.

Ken Sawyer is wonderful. I enjoy seeing him when other medical staff are unavailable.

Dr. Ken was completely professional. Physical was complete. We discussed which tests I needed. We have a plan.

I love that it is always easy to get an appointment in a timely fashion.

I feel like I was not being really heard at the appointment or any previous appointments for that matter because I, it seems like the main solution for every element there is ibuprofen. So I was there to receive, hopefully receive a referral to a urologist and I think two trips to emergency, to urgent care to check for UTI was enough to see that I was actually suffering with a lot of pain and even though I was feeling like things were getting better, I just needed to hear what a professional specialist would tell me about this condition or what's going on so that I can prevent this from happening again or worsening. So yeah, I didn't feel heard or helped at all. I walked away with a suggestion to take ibuprofen, which I feel like is not a solution for my situation.

Yes, I had a great experience. The doctor was great. He was very nice, treated me very well, and I definitely go back to him when I have any medical issues.

Yes, I don't remember the guy's name, but he was very nice, the one that checked my weight and everything, and Dr. Sawyer was very nice. Very well taken care of. Thank you.

could be better at calling to confirm appointments and informing me that my doctor is on sabbatical and I will be some seeing somebody else before my appointment that I am not comfortable with. I was not happy and nothing against the doctor himself but I was expecting to see my personal doctor and if you guys knew she was on sabbatical you should have called and let her patient.

They did an excellent intro intake. Ken Sawyer was professional, thorough, good listener, attentive.

I was not impressed that a receptionist told me I couldn't have my labs done that day that I should go to the lab and have them done in a few days. Ken Sawyer stated to have them done that day. Then waited an hour at the lab! Ridiculous

The prescribed med is not working yet but it's only been day 2 of a 7 day supply.

Just once in awhile I would like to hear that I'm doing a good job, instead of just telling me what more I need to do. It's somewhat discouraging to not have my positive changes noted.

My PCP had ordered an Xray, but was scheduled to be out of the office when I needed to be seen afterward; so I saw another practitioner, K Sawyer. He had studied my Xray & then examined the area on my abdomen that was at issue. He provided thoughtful guidance about what I should do to continue the healing/improvement that was underway. He was courteous & personable. I appreciated his being available.

Nice young man. Had definitely reviewed my records. He put together what seemed a reasonable plan.

I have used FMI since, oh, probably 1980 or even prior to that, and I've always been quite satisfied and comfortable with the staff and my level of care. So thanks, everybody. I appreciate it. You can't be beat. Bye.

I thought Dr. Sawyer was very concise in what he was doing. He addressed my concerns and I was totally pleased with the way the whole thing was, and it was done in a timely fashion.

I was very, very happy with everybody I came in contact with and extremely pleased with Dr. Sawyer or Ken Sawyer's attention he gave to me.
