Persis Hope, FNP-C, RNC, is a functional medicine specialist who sees patients by referral at Maine Dartmouth Collaborative Care Center in Augusta. She worked at Functional and Integrative Medicine of Idaho for more than two years before rejoining MaineGeneral Medical Center's Professional Services Staff in early 2016.
