The way you have your check-in windows set up is absolutely horrible. You can't tell what is empty or available for use unless you walk around the horseshoe. I don't understand why somebody would design it that way. But as you're waiting in one section, other people cut you off and go to the next free window while you're still waiting. That's it. Thank you.

I have injections in my other shoulder before so, after the pain and discomfort before I was very nervous. I have to say with Dr Stevens it was amazing,I did not even know he had done the injection! He is awesome!!

Dr. Stevens and his assistant were very pleasant and easy to talk to about what problem I was having. I forgot the doctor's name who assisting him, he was very careful about doing the procedure. I have another appointment to follow up with the rest of the procedures. Office gets an A+

Dr. Stevens was wonderful about listening to all of my history that brought me to this particular visit. We had a good plan in place labs were ordered and the follow up appointment was scheduled. The Medical Assistant was lovely and kind and incredibly efficient.

They need to be more tender with the patients and talk more to the patients and not to each other so much. They need to have more of a bedside manner. Patients are especially the older people need the bedside manner very much so. It's a scary procedure.

Dr Stevens and the team work well together to do the carpal tunnel injection with a minimal amount of pain and explained the procedure beforehand. They answered all my questions and alleviated my concerns and helped me get through this even though I am terrified of needles. They're a great team!

Dr Stevens was great and gave me accommodation that were appropriate for me to be able to still continue to work what I can. Always super pleasant. I wish the medical assistant actually asked my medications even though I worked there and knew me to a point. There wasn't any changes besides over the counter meds.

The doctor was very kind, courteous, and caring. He wanted to make sure that I was comfortable and that I wasn't uncomfortable during the test, so that was really nice of him. And he discussed the plan with me of what we could possibly do, and he thoroughly told me, you know, what was going on, to know, like, exactly where it was where he was doing the test. It was pretty nice of him to do that. I appreciate it. So that way I better understand because I'm very visual. So people pointing things out like that is great. He was wonderful. Thank you. Bye.
