Quit Tobacco
Don’t miss precious moments with loved ones because of lung cancer.
You can quit; we can help.
A health coach can work with you to develop a quit plan. The Maine QuitLink can also provide telephonic and medication support.
If you are a current or former smoker, you may benefit from a low-dose CT scan that catches cancer earlier when it is more treatable.
Talk to your primary care provider about this screening if you are:
- 50 to 80 years of age
- A current or former smoker
- Have quit smoking within the last 15 years
- Have smoked one pack a day for 20 years or two packs a day for 10 years
