Notice of PFC Data Incident

Professional Finance Company USA (PFC), a company MaineGeneral contracts with for billing collection matters, experienced a ransomware incident that impacts some of our patients. Those who were impacted will get a letter from PFC with detailed information about the incident and how they can access free credit monitoring services.

The incident only impacted data on PFC systems, not on MaineGeneral’s network or information systems.
