Dr Glidden was almost an hour late with no explanation, gave me some scary news with almost no explanation and didn't give me any time to ask questions.

Dr. Glidden was thorough and competent. Support staff also very good.

My doctor was fantastic. I've had her for two years now and two pregnancies as well. Aimee Glidden is fantastic. However, I'm not overly excited about the hospital side of things and I'm not loving the fact that since the merger, the wait times have been very bad. I sat there for over an hour before I was able to get into my appointment and at times it makes things a lot more difficult with so many patients in one small office. I guess that's about it.

Aimee was TERRIBLE. After I have this baby, I will never go to Maine General OBGYN in Augusta again. Absolutely TRASH.

This is the second appt that have been over an hour and a half late when I arrive on time and I also had to wait over two weeks for the appt

She made me wait over an hour to been seen and has done that the one other time I have seen her before.

The lady at registration was on her phone scrolling social media. It took about 1 1/2 min for her to see me.

I am very happy that Augusta and Waterville Women's Care joined Maine General Health!

I followed Dr Glidden from Waterville Women's as I am a big fan of hers.

My gyn today was especially professional and knowledgeable. Her explanations were clear and not unnecessarily wordy. I like her style and hope she will continue to be my doctor

My overall experience was ok. My appointment was at the end of the day so it took longer than usual to see my doctor. The doctor seemed to be in a bit of a hurry and she also forgot to give me a swab for a test that I was supposed to do before I left and that we discussed during my appointment, so I had to ask a nurse before I left. I felt a bit rushed and confused.

We were even seen earlier than our scheduled appointment. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr. A. Glidden was very kind handling my wife's depression.

Very knowledgeable, helpful, and makes you feel comfortable.

Wonderful experience. Staff all treated me very kindly and showed awareness of my medical history through questions asked. I had a particularly good experience with the nurse who gathered my history and did my intake paperwork - she has a calling for this field. She was so warm and kind and made me feel truly cared for as a patient. Very grateful for your exceptional care.

Excellent staff ,awesome doctor .went home ,feeling that my issues were taken care of .no more stressing over it .
