Worst experience I've had in a long time. My appointment was at 9:20 was put in a ( holding room ) til. A room was ready for me at 10:25 . I honestly thought I was forgotten about til a male Dr ( not my Dr ) came in and when I said I guess I should've planned more time for this appointment as I had been waiting over an hour his reply was the pt. ahead of you took longer than expected and things happen ! This Dr then proceeded to ask history questions as if I was a new patient . I then was brought to another room and left alone again for another 10 minutes , totaling a waiting period for this appointment of 1 hour 10 minutes . And still waiting . I decided that I couldn't wait any longer and felt like no one cared anyway . So I left . And honestly expected a call from someone , but I have not even heard from this office ? this experience has upset me to the point that I will not return nor will I have anything good to say about the practice . And I better not be billed fir this appointment .

The " student" Dr and Dr Bolander were thorough and informed about the particulars of my case. I was happy to receive a thorough exam and discuss some steps for improving things. Thank you.

Very professional n caring with explanation of what is going on n why. Took the necessary time needed for me to understand what was happening.

Dr. Bolander is one of the most competent caring physicians I've ever had.

I was very pleased by how well the staff interacted with eachother as well as with me as a patient. It was such a relief to feel like my medical care was at the center of their day.

The doctor was clear about several different ways to deal with evaluating my concerns - since the biopsy could not be done during my visit. Good conversation.

The dr was extremely thorough with explaining every horn to me. I was very impressed with her and her team. I was very nervous going in but was at total ease when I left. Makes a stressful situation much easier to deal with. A true asset to ur team for sure.
