Medication called in to CVS wasn't able to be filled because the medication didn't coordinate with the instructions. Nobody returned the call to the pharmacy. I let it go because they were able to get her an urology appointment in 3 days and decided to just let the urologist order her an antibiotic.

Dr. Tooth was very professional and socially wonderful and for the experience I had to go through, he was a very qualified physician to do that. And I also have to tell you, I had no blood in my urine after the testing, first day or two, no blood at all, and none since, so no blood at all, so that's it.

I'm very grateful for all the great care from any member of the staff. The one that greets me, the nurse practitioners, Dr. Tooth, they've all been kind and thoughtful.

My first visit was Dr tooth was a good one. He was caring, he asked about my medical condition and concerns. We discussed my medication and past history. The staff and practitioners were great. The office was neat and clean, I was totally satisfied.

Everyone I encountered had great personalities and were centered on the care of the patient.

They should have told me that there would be a lot of discomfort for the next 10 or 12 hours.

Everyone was professional and great. Some of the standard sign-in things like meds and allergies, etc. were already in the computer as I am a current patient at MaineGeneral, yet I needed to fill them all out again. Going through that exercise seems useless. . .perhaps the patient could be given a printout of info to check for accuracy? Also asking everyone for a urine sample before seeing the doctor and before he decides that one is needed seems backward to me. Dr. Tooth was very good. Glad I went there!

The staff at Urology are all wonderful caring and professional people. This is a very busy office with many demands. You are providing verry good care. Keep up the excellent work!

My first visit, he couldn't, Dr. Tooth couldn't administer the drug because it was the wrong date and the insurance company would not pay. So I had to reschedule to come in again, which happened actually the first time six months ago. So it did make things a bit hectic and have to travel 40 miles both ways. This tells me they didn't quite know the full extent of the dates of the drug to be taken. Anyway, overall, it was a very good visit and Dr. Tooth is extremely kind and well-versed. Thank you very much.

Dr. Tooth, was very professional and made me feel as comfortable as you can. I was relieved after worrying for two weeks with words from a previous visit that they would be looking for bladder cancer. Being an older woman and there by myself, it was a lot to hear alone.

Very warm and welcoming. Got all questions answered. Not sure why the Dr. had very little access to my medical history. Would have made the meeting easier for the Dr. and myself. I look forward to our next meeting.

Have used this practice for many years and have found it to be as I would expect.

Not only was I seen at my appointed time,I was also in and back out in less than a 1/2 hour, which is unheard of in most other medical facilities.

I do not really believe Maine General cares about much more than growing their kingdom. Maine General Urology is good and Dr. Tooth is the reason for that. The questions in your survey are leading!
