Dr Mark Sutherland was well prepared and explained my condition with thorough understandable analogies and demonstrated specific examples of how the body works under situations similar to the ones I described to him. I feel like my ortheopathic care is taken to the next level.

I have received very good care here over months time this year. I have been discouraged about problems with my cervical spine. It was particularly helpful, this last visit, for Dr. Sutherland to spend time reviewing MRI images. Discussing with me Neurosurgery's take and plans, while providing a comprehensive view, he described in the clearest detail how alternative 'dry needling' could provide supporting relief from symptoms. A plan moving forward made so much sense and is reassuring. Invaluable.

Everyone at Maine Darmouth have been amazing to me and my family. They are always extremely knowledgeable about my health history. You can tell that they do their homework. They are also amazing listeners. You don't get that a lot these days. We need more of that in the US medical world. Pay the staff at Maine Dartmouth well. Keep them on staff. They are the best thing that MaineGeneral has going for it.

Dr. Sutherland is an amazing doctor. I recommend him and the practice to anyone I think could benefit from his experience and expertise. I have had bad experiences with doctors in the past, who do not listen to what I had to say. Dr. Sutherland has always listen to everything I had to say, runs tests when needed or given me a referral. He is the one doctor feel comfortable discussing any of my concerns with and know I will not be brushed off.

Sutherland is simply extre-ordinary, deeply and silently spiritual, who embraced me as if he held me like a the wounded child that I am. How rare to have such a healer on staff. Please make sure that he is always supported and available.

Dr. Sutherland is so kind and takes the time to pinpoint all the issues that are happening with my muscles. He explains what will help and what I can do to continue healing. I can feel an immediate relief from my pain, and I'm extremely grateful for that.

I feel Doctor Sutherland totally gets into his work as an osteopath. It's almost like he's trying to take your pain right out of you while he's concentrating doing his manipulative treatment. I wish I would've known about him sooner.
