I think everything was absolutely magnificent. I had finally got with a person that understood problems that I've had, and I understand everything has to say, he was magnificent. He really was a tremendous person to do the work that he did and to keep me into feeling really good about what was being done and what he thought of the things that I was taking. I don't even know how to add anything more higher because he was just the most wonderful guy I've seen in a long time. And I'm glad to have him there. And I really do can't wait for the next time that I see him.

The doctor was super helpful, I think that it is a bit ridiculous that you cannot book an appointment without talking to the nurse if you have had a fever. If you cannot see a doctor when you are sick what is the point? This doctor is one of the first that I felt really listened to me at this clinic, he was quick and thorough and very kind.

It was a very inclusive environment. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Doctor Brown is well prepared for each visit and checks off concerns as we go. He then summarizes the visit succinctly and I leave with a printout of that info. The MAs have been wonderful so far and the reception folk are kind and helpful.

The girl in the front was charming and sweet! I vannot rave enough about Dr. Brown! He is just awesome in every way. It was an awesome experience.

It has sometimes been my experience as a woman of a certain age to be dismissed but that was not the case with Dr. Brown; he listened intently as he worked up my medical history and put the pieces together. I am so pleased to have him as my provider.

The doctor said he would make no changes, but he did make a prescription change. And secondly, he said he would take care of getting my records from Togas, but he then called me the next day and wanted me to do it. I guess that's it. They're much just, he's nice, but the office is just another doctor's office, playing music, playing ads. I hope you got all this because it's important to me and I'm a senior citizen.

Dr. Brown is very good at explaining issues/causes of health problems or aging issues and recommending solutions. I will miss not having a lab for blood tests at this location.

Disappointed that the lab is no longer an option in Winthrop. It means I'll have to travel another 20 minutes in addition to my 30 minute drive to the practice for a blood draw at the hospital.

Silly that Medicare requires so many ridiculous questions to be asked. I know they may be needed for some patients, but there ought to be allowable discretion in choosing not to ask so many things, that frankly don't seem very medical in nature. Well-being yes, but not medical. Not your fault however. Too much government interference.

Dr Brown to a lot of time to make sure he understood my ailment and gave me suggestions to a reduce the symptoms.

The notes provided under interventions provided and medication changes indicate a number of medications that have start after them. It's not at all clear what that means since in each of these cases I had been taking them at some significant period of time or for some significant period of time. And in one of the cases I'd indicated that I haven't been taking the medication at all anymore. So the articulation in the notes seems anomalous and doesn't make sense to me. Also it isn't entirely clear to me what to do with respect to the echocardiogram that was going to be ordered. I don't know if I'm to check back or if someone will reach out to me about that. So the materials that are provided in the notes maybe are a little less clear for a patient than they might be.

Love Dr. Brown. Listens, calm, direct. Answers my questions. Feel safe to discuss my issues with him. Allows for my thoughts as well.
