The care I received at Maine General Express Care was very professional. The person, April, took a great deal of time to listen to my concerns about my illness and why it could be more serious for me perhaps than someone else. And she seemed very knowledgeable and willing to help me. I truly appreciated it. Thank you.

Our doctor and our nurse were both amazing with my daughter. So they were really great and they figured out what was going on really quick, treated her really quick, and she had to have a little procedure done and they were just amazing about it. Thanks.

I had exceptional care from the minute I stepped in with the receptionist. April listened to my concerns and my needs and diagnosed me and now I'm completely fine. And I couldn't have had a better team of people. I immediately got on the phone with my husband when I got out and said how extremely nice and helpful everybody was. I just was floored with how amazing my care was that day. So thank you, thank you, thank you to all three of you who were top-notch amazing.

I think that the doctor that treated me was not good at all with the care. She didn't seem interested in what was going on with me and seemed to want to rush me out. Her diagnosis was typical. I had concerns and I don't think she addressed those concerns. I think she was just happy to get in there and get out.

Everybody was excellent and met my expectations and beyond. Kind, caring, and competent. Very grateful I was lucky to be helped by this staff.

I was impressed with the care team at Express Care in Augusta. I am a FMI patient in excellent health. The Express Care team was quick and responsive. Ms. Wild was experienced and skilled, and listened to my concerns. This was not a medical emergency, but Express Care provided excellent service.

I like the fact that I was in and out fairly very very quickly actually and everything went well. I had a great experience.

I thought the reception staff were very friendly and when I got there it was very busy and they told me just to check back in. I live in town, I was able to do that and then I had a very short wait. Everybody that worked with me was attentive and kind and competent.

I thought April was very, very professional, very helpful, and very clear with her directions and her prognostication and diagnosis. So my only uncertainty at this point is that having been diagnosed with Lyme disease, there are some other viruses or I guess diseases associated with it that the blood test should reveal. I haven't gotten feedback from those yet, and I understand blood tests may take three or four days, but other than that, no. I was very happy with her, and I would be very happy to come back and let her put myself in her hands. Thank you.

The nurse was super kind. Whomever put in my IV (I believe M.A) went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Even while in pain she made me feel very comfortable.
