I called the office regarding a skin growth I had been monitoring to see if I should wait until a later appointment to have it examined. Dr Colvin's staff was extremely helpful and Dr Colvin herself called me and scheduled a same day appointment to examine the growth! I always receive exemplary care and cannot say enough about Dr Colvin and her staff, they set the standard for excellence.

The Medical Assistant should have gone over the list she had of my medications instead of just asking if there was anything new. She also should have explained thst front desk would be setting up appointment for next year's yearly exam.

I go once a yearly for a review, so I don't need treatment, but it is reassuring to know that everything is still OK.

Dr. Colvin is the most knowledgeable and friendly Doctor I have ever seen. The only real negative point is "access" - I wanted to refer a friend to your practice and was told by front staff "Sorry, but we do not accept new patients at this time" - how can this be? I also work in the medical profession, and we do not ever say that we do not accept new patients. This friend of mine has a Basal Cell Carcinoma growing and I find it rather poor that he will have to call around and find a provider elsewhere. Absolutely unacceptable

The doctor the staff are great! A plus always. What we don't like is the Board or the insurance people or the higher ups who think that a few minutes is ok for a visit. We love the doctors and staff .the big wigs who make a lot of Money by making rules that have nothing to do with patient care need to rethink. And yes I want a response from them. I'm a retired social worker. I know how the system works- don't like it. It's about time the new generation make it better.

My appointment was for my annual checkup. I didn't receive a reminder message that the appointment was upcoming so when they called to confirm my appointment, I had to reschedule it because I had a conflicting appointment. A text or letter a couple of weeks in advance would have been helpful.
