Dr. Chasse is top notch as is the team! Thankful for his expertise and care.

The staff is efficient and respectful. I like going to see Dr. Chasse, he always has a smile and explains everything and what might be needed next for my care.

The signs to the new location are poor. Also a sign at the check in would be helpful. It said "vascular" check in so I wandered around quite awhile trying to figure it out

I don't believe the doctor that I've seen knew my history or even read my file or took a look at anything before I came in. If he did, he kind of just scanned over it as quickly as possible because a lot of the things he didn't even know and I had to tell him. Other than that, the appointment was okay. I just didn't know what it was for at the time and he didn't either. So when I got home, I remember what the appointment was for. I have so many appointments right now, it kind of gets confusing and hard to keep track of. But it would have been nice if the doctor would have known what we were discussing, why I was there, or any answers to a lot of my questions. But I do appreciate him as a doctor.

The doc is a bad,bad man! He saved my life,I'm very thankful. He's honest and gives me the info I'm interested in hearing. I'm grateful for simple, direct answers to my simplistic questions. Thanks brother

Almost a Year ! To get an appointment. What if it was something serious?

When I meet with Dr. Chasse, I'm very impressed. I really like him and find him very professional. The office staff has not always been very helpful with the exception of Janice. She's wonderful. But there are some of the other people that I find difficult to work with and actually made an appointment with one of them, which was never recorded. So my feelings are mixed. However, Dr. Chasse is wonderful. Thank you.

Dr. Chasse was knowledgeable and did a great job explaining why I was having some of the symptoms I was having.

Doctor listened to my concerns and addressed them well. Felt comfortable and heard.

The office there, everybody, the doctor and the staff was very polite, friendly, caring, on time. I really don't have anything bad to say. I even have another maine general and he included him in the conversation and I'll make sure that he gets reports from that person. This is the best visit I had with Dr. Chasse . He remembers me, he looks forward to seeing me again. He was polite, pleasant. I enjoyed myself.

I was mostly satisfied. It was quickly. I didn't have to wait too long. The only waiting I did was to get the actual appointment, which was five months, which is, I thought, way too long. Yes, I was having very bad dizzy spells and couldn't hear right out of my left ear and was hoping to get in to see the doctor, which they did get me in. And I am extremely grateful for it. He was wonderful. He explained things to me. I have an upcoming appointment. I am very, very satisfied with the whole experience from the time I walked through the door until I left and appreciate all of those involved very much. Thank you.

I wish it didn't take almost a year to get an appointment, but I understand he's basically the only one right now.

During my first visit, I found Dr. Chasse to be approachable and knowledgeable. He has a dry, subtle humor that made me feel comfortable and at ease. Both the check-in staff and the lady who escorted me (us) to the treatment room were also friendly. As a bonus, my appointment was just about on schedule, which was wonderful.

Had to wait a year for appointment. I had surgery with this doctor in the past but was now considered a new patient therefor had to wait forever for the appointment.

Dr. Chasse was professional, kind, courteous, and a good listener. He examined me carefully and explained the procedure of endoscopy before, during and after it was performed. He obtained a culture in order to rule out any virulent organisms. Dr. Chasse said that I would be contacted concerning the culture, and any steps necessary in the future. I would definitely recommend Dr. Chasse to anyone needing ENT treatment.

Overall good experience

The staff was very accommodating in getting us in as we were not an original patient with this doctor. And it was an emergency for us, an infection. So we were thrilled to get in when we did. They were really receptive to our problem. And the doctor was wonderful. Thank you.

Took 15 months to get the appointment, while in pain the whole time. They would not put me on a cancelation list to get in potentially sooner.

Not enough ent doctors. I like Dr chasse but he is the only Dr in the area. It took 4 months for my appt to schedule. Otherwise care is 5 stars

He's very pleasant and so is his staff.

It took over 10 months to get seen. Dr Chasse was very helpful. He also did a throat scope for another issue I had. I office called me will in hours after appointment to set up next step.

I have to thank Dr. Chasse for finally figuring out the problem with my ear and gave me a different medication.
