I was very surprised at how backed up the group is as far as surgeries. I was told it would be six months before I could have my surgery done. It just seemed like a very long time and very upsetting as it affects the quality of my life.

Eric Daniels was great! He looked at my X-rays with me and explained why I was having so much knee pain. He let me know there were options to work with and I chose the cortisone shot. He told me what it would feel like and administered it without any issue for me. I felt confident with his recommendation.

I loved the fact I didn't need an appt for the walk-in clinic and that I was able to get x-rays of my knee right there and have them read right there

My experiences with Eric Daniels, PA, have all been exceptional. He is well prepared, asks pertinent questions and explains treatment options clearly.

My experience with the staff and Dr. Daniels was great. Getting scheduled was very far out from the initial call. Also I still haven't gotten any follow up from the physio people to implement my care plan

Eric is a good listener and I feel he has my best interests at heart.

Everyone we dealt with were so kind. Although I did ask for a copy of my child's xrays and didn't receive them. That is my only complaint but since that's the only complaint I have, I'd say that we had an amazing experience. When my child had a hard time with getting a cast removed the woman did what she could to put my child at ease. The xray staff were absolutely PHENOMENAL and so understanding of my child's needs and fears of getting said xrays. They were just so unbelievably kind. We whole heartedly appreciate everyone we dealt with. Dr. Daniels was amazing as well. He made sure that he not only explained everything to me but he did to my child as well which made them feel so much more at ease. We really appreciate your team.

Staff were great. I didn't wait long at all. Provider Eric was informative and knowledgeable about my sports injury.

My experience at this Maine General Health facility was amazing. I got there just before they were closing and they took me right in, took all my information at check- in, and someone actually came out and said, we don't know if we have time, but they fit me in anyway, and I was very thankful for that. The doctor was amazing, nurse staff, x-ray. I was in and out of there fast, and I was very thankful that they took care of me so quickly and helped me out with my broken ankle. I would recommend it completely. I've been there a couple of times and been very, very happy and satisfied. All right. Thank you.

It was an excellent experience from the greeters at the reception desk all the way down to when I saw Eric and he did an amazing job. I'm really, really disappointed that Maine General Orthopedics won't be in Winthrop anymore because it was so convenient for me. I really liked going to that area for my orthopedic needs. But all in all, excellent experience and I absolutely loved Eric. Thank you.

I had to wait in line to check in but, after check in, I did not wait long and, my examination and treatment plan was prompt.

It took 6 months to be seen.....

The care, knowledge, and attention I received while at my appointment was excellent.

We find them very caring. We don't feel like we're just a number. They always take the time to be sure all our concerns are answered

Eric Daniels is very thorough and takes the time necessary to ensure I understand what my condition is an the options available for relief. I always enjoy our visits and appreciate his obvious concern for my care and well being.

I was not weighed ,and my ht was not measured. I was just asked. Yet my chart showed what I said. x ray was not available in the examination room.

I was very pleased that Eric Daniels went over all the x-rays and went into great detail about what was in the x-rays, showing the arthritic deterioration and the bone spurs and so forth. It was a great lesson in what was happening in my knee and I was grateful for that.

The staff and doctor were very professional about my visit and got me through the appointment in a timely manner. There was no pressure to choose what treatment from the options given. It's very obvious that the orthopedic department is lacking doctors on staff judging by the the 6 month wait to get a preliminary appointment

This was my second knee replacement. I will always recommend either doctor and their staff. We appreciate the cleanliness of the facility and the courteousness of the staff and their friendliness. Last but not least, the ease of access to both the office and hospital. Keep up the good work.

The pa was a kind caring and well informed practitioner he helped me in my division making for my knee issue by trying conservative injections befor going for knee replacement I would not hesitate to recommend him

I was very satisfied with the visit. Though we didn't come up a definitive answer for my pain, we discussed several possibilities. We made a follow-up appointment for 4 months.

My provider, Eric Daniels, was attentive. Great. He explained things. He showed me my x-rays. I have no complaints about him. However, the MA or nurse that, or nurses, rather, that were located at a station just outside of where my exam room was were extremely unprofessional. I heard details about their personal lives, and I... there was discussion regarding their boss...

Dr. Daniels and the radiology staff were tremendous. They were kind, caring. Dr. Daniels thoroughly informed me of my injury and of my plan going forward. He allowed both my husband and myself to ask questions until we felt comfortable. He never once made us feel rushed.

Eric Daniels took extra time to explain the xrays of my knees. He also explained all my options now and in the future. So glad he is my doctor.
