Dr. Karnes was very thorough and he didn't try to rush you out. He addressed every concern that I had and he answered all questions that I had and said to call him at any point if I was to need anything whatsoever. And the nurse was very helpful as well.

I have been going to Dr. Karnes for a number of years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Karnes is very thorough, friendly and someone I would always recommend to anyone looking for a Dermatologist.

Dr. Karnes and the entire staff are professional, respectful, and made my visit as pleasurable as a MD visit can be. I, as well as the entire community are blessed to have this wonderful practice. I had a mole on my neck that I was concerned about, Dr. Karnes and his Resident as well as the MA were responsive, I was in and out of the office (the none was frozen) in 10 minutes. I waited longer in the waiting room...which was not long as I was early.

I have had other Dermotology providers in the past, but Dr Karnes and his entire team are the very best. I trust them with my care.

I did not think that I could trust anyone as much as I did my former dermatologist but Dr. Karnes was great and had those same qualities - taking his time, explaining, listening, thoughtful.

I had to cancel my appointment a couple of weeks ago that I had had scheduled for 6 months at the last minute . The person I talked to that morning ( in the Augusta office) could not have been more understanding and helpful) She was able to reschedule an appointment for me 10 days later in Waterville. Dr. Karnes and his staff are outstanding, accommodating and most importantly kind. I have referred friends, but sadly they hear not taking new patients right now. But I tell them to keep trying.

I had asked the doctors assistant before he came in about other spots on my body to look at, and she asked me if I wanted a full body scan. I then asked her if this was something that was covered by my insurance she just shrugged her shoulders and said I don't know. so I told her that I didn't want to do the full body scan without knowing. I work in a dental office and I don't know if our office is just more accommodating to our patients but when they ask if something is covered by their insurance, I go to the front desk, the front desk calls or looks up the patients benefits and then I can tell the patient if it's covered.

The staff got me an appointment very quickly, and Dr. Karnes is wonderful.

I was able to get an appoint quickly.Dr Karnes was very knowledgeable about my condition and reassuring .He took the time to explain things even though he is probably very busy. I also was able to get in and out very quickly .
