Elaine Balutis, MD, is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon and fellowship-trained in hand and upper extremity orthopaedic surgery. She provides diagnostic, surgical and post-operative care to patients with hand, wrist and elbow issues as part of MaineGeneral Orthopaedics' medical staff.
