The lady that checked me in and took all my history. She was awesome. She made me comfortable and was easy to talk to about personally information. The nurse practitioner who I saw blew me away because she talked to me. She answered my questions and listened to my concerns. Now thanks to her, I can make a decision and feel confide in what I decided to do.

Dr Dubois and her staff are wonderful

There is absolutely nothing that I can think of that would improve. Katie DuBois in pulmonology has always had my back. She, I call her my dream team. She just referred me for a surgery in Boston that she thinks I might be able to benefit and get a couple more years because I am terminally ill. So the only thing I can say is Kathryn DuBois, Katie, I call her Katie, is amazing. Don't ever get rid of her. She is what makes your whole pulmonary team. And that's all I got to say.

Yes, Kathryn DuBois always goes above and beyond to care about my health and my situation and is very knowledgeable and I'm so glad that she is my provider. She knows her information, she cares about me and always goes above and beyond to give me the best care.

The staff are highly qualified and do their jobs properly for the most part. Being the first patient of the day, that should be the only guaranteed on time appointment of the day. I sat in the waiting room for over 30 minutes after checking in with no communication why the delay. I was brought in the room after 8:10, and the doctor wasn't in the room until after 8:30. This seems to be an excessive delay given my 8:00 appointment. If I was 30 minutes late, my appointment would have been cancelled and rightly so. I would expect better communication in the case of a delay. Things happen but to not know and just let people wait without information is unacceptable.

Katie Dubois has been the best thing that has happened to me concerning my pulmonary needs.

Dr was very knowledgeable about my issues and extremely careful when checking the range of motion in my leg. Felt everyone was very considerate and professional at the same time. They make a great team.

i have had many pft tests and this one was by far the best and most professional i have ever had the dr and the tester are very valuable to your team

I did breathing tests at 915 - doctor appointment at 1015. did not get in until after 1030. test only took 15 min. should not have two spaced so far apart

I get get my follow up Appointments very quickly and they always give me lots of options. My care team is awesome and I won't go anywhere else .

It was just the first meeting I've had with this young lady and it went extremely well. I was very impressed with her handling of her case for her age and I would extremely refer her to another patient if I ran across one.

I've been going to this pulmonologist clinic for many years and they couldn't be any more professional. And Kathryn DuBois is very interested in anything ... any medical interest in your life and she takes very good care of my COPD and me as a whole.
