The PA, Molly, was extremely knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and gave me helpful information.

It takes way too long to get in to get an appointment. I've been over a month getting in. That's my only complaint.

Molly Nadeau is awesome! She is knowledgeable, kind and empathetic. Her assistants were all pleasant and competent.

Yes, the administration at the orthopedics and Maine General really rots. They can't get appointments right. You don't get phone calls back. You don't get emails back. It is the most disorganized office I've ever seen in my life. Thank you.

I was a little put off by the lack of communication between the orthopedics staff and the physical therapy staff. I was 2 weeks behind on my treatment plan.

I am SO tired of providers spending their time looking at a computer screen rather than the patient. I am not feeling comfortable continuing with this provider. She did not address my concerns about my. knees and the pain I was in, instead instructed me wait while standing.

After almost 5 weeks post surgery, the sling was finally adjusted correctly, to provide the ultimate support and comfort, especially for sleeping. Molly the PA was wonderful and PT has been going well. Thank you for lol you do to help people out, I appreciate it

Hey, my experience was absolutely phenomenal once I was able to get into the office, but waiting four weeks from the original injury before I could even be seen by an orthopedic surgeon for the ACL obvious care and the meniscus repair and the meniscus strain, and it was unacceptable, absolutely unacceptable. So the time, even though was recommended by the emergency room at Maine General, that it was acceptable is not acceptable. With small children and a job, waiting four weeks before I could figure out what our next plan's going to be, which does include surgery and physical therapy, it should have been done within the week that I visited the emergency room. But I would definitely highly recommend this practice. The people were fabulous. Molly was absolutely wonderful and answered all of my questions.

I neeed a shoulder MRI ordered as well as the cervical MRI. I appreciate the staff lustening to my health concerns and wanting to help me get the testing I need for a diagnosis.
