Due to lack of health care workers/ providers, it is difficult to be seen. Otherwise, it was a positive experience. Jenee was very very good to me.

I was thrilled to be able to get the cortisone shot so quickly as I had heard horror stories about long wait times. I believe owe thanks to scheduling who heard my desperation in wanting to feel better to travel for the holidays.

NP provides excellent care. I would recommend her for orthopedic care. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and pleasant.

The orthopedic office is very professional. I never have to wait a long time from the time that I check in. They're all, they know my history. They're all very professional. The person who registered me was efficient but extremely unfriendly and condescending. Jenee Wechsler is one of my favorite caregivers. Her expertise and caring manner help make an uncomfortable procedure less stressful.

I don't believe you can improve the quality of service that you get up there. They're very nice, very wonderful people. They're gentle, except the foot doctors, not them. But, yes, the other doctors up there and nurses are very, very gentle people, very understanding and very nice to talk to. I think it's a very good facility. Was prompt.

Nobody had a clue why I was there. I sat in a room for 45 minutes before I went to desk to ask what was going on. Jenee had no idea what I was there for because the person that made my appointment didn't put it in. No fault of Jenee. She is absolutely wonderful. She is solely the only reason I go there. I do not see other Drs, only her. She has the most compassion and is just the nicest person. She could teach classes on how to treat patients.

Waited for the dr 35 min ex on exprenation and said she would put in the order for my medication ? so I would not have to go after surgery. It was not ordered.

Jenee Wechsler and all staff were caring, thorough, and took the time to fully share my diagnosis and X-rays with me. She explained the options for treatment and gave the pros and cons of each. I am very happy with the results!

I appreciate the shirt waiting time and the amount of time the practitioner spent with me addressing health concerns.

So, on my appointment, things went relatively well. The only frustration was that I needed, I ended up having to wait, I think, 35 minutes before the practitioner came in after I had x-rays. And that was just a little bit frustrating.

The staff person that took me from the waiting room to exam room seemed alittle off. She went through the questions and asked a couple that didn't relate and said it was that kind of day and she babbled on. When she made my follow up appt she addressed me by another name. I asked her to clarify and told her my name. She laughed and handed me my appt card. This morning I got a notification from Follow My Health. The follow up appt was not the date on my appt card. Not everyone uses the portal and if I didn't Inwould have missed my follow up appt. It took me 4 months to get the appt I had yesterday. I did call the practice to confirm which appt was correct. It was not the one on my appt card.

The Orthopedic services are excellent, the providers are always professional & provide excellent care.

I was instructed to arrive at 2:30pm for my appointment and I then did not see my provider until 3:30pm. A one hour wait when I have an appointment is not acceptable. I expect to have to wait a little, but your scheduling could use some work!

Great experience, just takes months to get an appointment.

I appreciated her not making a decision solely on my age.

Jenee was wonderful. Knowledgeable and friendly. Told me my options. Right now, I am just going to monitor how things go with my left knee, as I am not in any pain. I will contact you if anything changes and will be back for a routine visit and checkup.
