I have always had a very positive experience at this facility.

Every single person in this whole facility, from calling on the phone and talking to triage, to the receptionist at the desk, to the doctor in the room, were completely 100% so kind and so nice and made it so comfortable and easy. And everything happened very quickly and smoothly. So I will be bringing my children there anytime I ever need to use urgent care.

Express Care is a wonderful part of the MGH organization. (The Winthrop office is missed.)

Jason was above and beyond to not only answer my silly questions, but also to answer my very important questions. I was impressed with the friendliest and compassionate from check-in, to nursing to the doctor.

It was a short wait which was great. He was very nice and cared about my situation. I did end up going to emergency room, they diagnosed it as tendonitis provided me with a foot brace and crutches. Very pleased at both facilities

Jason was absolutely wonderful and provided caring, professional service to me during a incident with a dog bite that required suturing of my left arm. Following that suturing, I passed out cold. Jason and his team were right there and prepared me for transport to Maine Genral ER. Give this man a raise. He is an asset to your organization.

The facility was out of strep tests- found this out after waiting 45 mins and being sick.

PA Jason Barschdorf was very professional and showed sincere concern in treating the issues that I had with my left had and arm..He prescribed medication that I have been taking that has significantly relieved the pain. I would definitely see PA Barschdorf for any future issues that I might have. . .
