It was very efficient. I was there when the facility wasn't that busy so my wait was less than 30 minutes. I was seen promptly after I was brought into the exam room and my actual visit with the nurse or medical assistant went very smoothly and quickly.

The physician did not even want to look at me knee, which was a pain level 7! How can you diagnose if you don't even look at it!

The doctor was extremely good. My child has been in this same place multiple times over the past 2 years for the exact same reason. This is the FIRST time the doctor actually listened to what I was saying and explaining to her and actually DID something about it. So instead of my child continuing to have this problem for months, she made it so he will get over in in a week or so... Thank you so much..

This was the 2nd interaction, I've had with the Urgent Care Team. In both instances, I was treated with respect and "urgent" care. My last experience was for the same reason as the 1st and was only there for 30 minutes maximum, before headed to pick up my prescription. Excellent team work!!!

Whenever I go here they are always very kind and attentive to my needs and concerns. I really appreciate them being patient with me as I get anxious in medical settings. I never feel uncomfortable when I'm talking one on one with the doctor.

I was pleased with my appointment. I did end up having to, he gave me prednisone, you did, and then I ended up having to contact my doctor and he's got me on two antibiotics. So other than that, I was pleased. Thank you.

It was awesome, walked in and got treated within minutes. Unfortunately I could not get to see my primary or anyone else at Augusta Family Medicine which is on the same floor as urgent care, and that cost me a $50. bill. But Elizabeth Harwood was excellent.

I did not feel that the provider listened to me at all and I was not heard with my concerns. He also was just very pushed off to what I needed and I would not come back again.

What would greatly improve the service is to have a more permanent... doctor, and not renter doctors, you only have every six months and get a new one. Need more permanent doctors.

All in all an excellent experience. I didn't really receive info as what to do when and if urine culture came back neg. I have gone ahead and emailed my doctor.

Because my primary care physician is an hour away, I use Augusta ExpressCare for ailments such as sinus infections. For the past seven years, I have made one to two visits a year to ExpressCare with a sinus infection. I've always been treated very well and left with a plan for my care that will leave me feeling better. This last visit, I wasn't treated kindly by the nurse or the nurse practitioner. I had to advocate for my needs very strongly in order for them to be met. And my prescription was only partially called in. It was the first poor experience I have had, and I hope it's the last.

Once again great customer care. Office staff super friendly. My medical team was efficient and explained everything in a manner I understand and always take the time to make sure all of my questions are answered.

I was visiting out of town and was referred here. Service was fast and check in was a breeze. I did not wait but 10 min to see the Dr. I would highly recommend coming here. They also took my insurance! I started feeling better within 24 hrs. They really helped me. So thankful I went.

I went to pick up my prescription. I had told them Oakland Pharmacy and I went to pick it up and it wasn't there. So I had to call the office back and it got sent to Hanifat at Elm Plaza. So I was a little distressed about that. Thank you.

Majority of the experience was good until it came time to fill my prescription. 30 minutes later I got to Walgreens and the doctor never put my prescription in.

Everyone has very poor attitudes up there like they don't even want to be there helping people. We felt like we were a huge inconvenience to them. I will NEVER go back there again. Horrible staff

The staff was great and they explained things very well. However, the fact that the ExpressCare did not have an on-site x-ray and I had to drive across town to Thayer Hospital for the x-ray did make it inconvenient. I feel like an ExpressCare should probably have an x-ray on site, especially for patients who might have transportation concerns.

It was very slow. I was in and out in 1/2 hour . Dr called in Rx and was every caring. I would have liked DC paperwork. First time I haven't waited hours to be seen.

I just wanted to say that when I got to ExpressCare, I was septic with a fever of 104.7 before I went in. The staff was more than accommodating. They brought me right out back and put me in a room and got me comfortable until they called the ambulance to come get me, they knew it was out of their scope of practice and that I was really sick and needed help from the hospital. I just wanna say thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff for doing such a great job, taking care of me when I was deathly ill.

Understanding that it is express care and that a high turnover is the expectation. It felt very rushed. A few questions a quick look in my ears and out the door.

It's a busy place, especially in the evenings. I have absolutely no doubt that the providers are swamped with patients. But a few more minutes of talking through what's going on and what to do next would likely be helpful. I knew exactly what I had going on and the visit was basically a formality to get some antibiotics, but I can see other folks having a bit of trouble with the process. I also would've liked to of had a discussion of what was prescribed and why. The check out process can be a little bewildering as well. The provider leaves and you're just cut loose. Again, I have experience in this environment from both sides, so knew what to do, but can see young parents or people who are new to this type of care feeling a little rushed or lost. None of this is to be taken as a negative assessment of the care I got or my satisfaction with the facility, but instead as just a couple things I thought might be helpful in the future for other patients.

She barely listened. The nurse Said she had to swab me. Looked annoyed I wasn't stabbed. Barely looked in my ears or nose. Told her I have had strep in my nose ear and throat before needed 2 antibiotics twice. Said she'd call me in doxycyclene. Didn't. Said she'd call me in something for inside my nose. Didn't. Called my scripts in to China hannaford when my pharmacy and address are in waterville. Didn't answer follow up voice-mail about having no meds and had to call my doctor to find them . Awful. I had the worst experience

I had first gone over to the orthopedic walk in per my Drs orders. They would not see my there for my pinched nerve and we're very rude to me. I was grateful to get the care I needed and deserve at the express care. I will never go to the orthopedic walk in again after being treated the way I was.

Although I had taken a covid test the morning I arrived and it read negative. I felt that a test should of been taken by the care team. As it turned out the next day I did come down with Covid.
