My husband had a kidney stone. He was very nervous being that they were taking the stent out and it was a female. Margo came in, explained everything to him, and did the procedure with the utmost professionalism. The office assistant was great as well.

everything was generally quite positive and my nurse practitioner knew (mostly) about what was going on with my recent urological issues.

This Nurse Practitioner knew nothing about my previous medical history prior to coming into my appointment, I had to correct her about reading my litho link results because she skipped over my previous history and important details regarding why I was there. I felt like I barely got any answers, and it was a rushed appointment.

Margo was wonderful!!! She gathered all available information, listened carefully to concerns and promised to follow up on issues. She was very professional and friendly.

Long wait time. 30 minutes past time. No one else ahead of me in practice. Dr called me while in waiting room to discuss surgery. Wasn't aware I had appt that morning at clinic.

The staff at Maine Medical are skilled and not lacking in attentiveness and are courteous to a fault.

I was expecting to be seen by an actual physician and not a Nurse Practitioner. The nurse had to leave the room to go and ask a doctor about a question I had asked. I hope to see an actual physician at my next appointment.

They were efficient and got me in and out of the office pretty quickly, more quickly than I thought it should have taken. I did not get a chance to ask questions about the surgery that I am scheduled to have. Perhaps they will do this when they call me for pre registration. It seemed like I was rushed in and out.

Margo Taylor is a wonderful provider she's caring and thoughtful, although it's further for me to travel she is definitely worth it. She truly listens to every word I say and answers every question I ask.

When I called and told front desk the ER the night before sent over the referral the person told me they don't take referrals, and gave me the referrals number. I called there, that person said the office takes ER referrals, and she called the office to follow up on the referral. I didn't hear back from your office so I called the ER directly to follow up on the referral, they said they had sent it at 2:45am but it was likely "sitting on someone's desk" (that's an ER quality control issue I think). We asked them to fax another referral over immediately, they do so, your office called within 15 min and scheduled me for that same day. I understand there is much to do when an office opens and every case is important. ER promised the referral was going over and we'd get a call by 8:30. If that's not how the office will operate, other agencies should know that, including who to call to follow up. Ms. Taylor was very empathetic and knowledgeable. Once there the office staff were friendly and I was seen quickly. Thank you for this opportunity to share my experience.

Yes, well first of all, I thought changing the appointment went very easily, if there is such a thing, very easily. But the timing worked out well, they asked what would be best for me and so forth. And then the visit itself went very well. I always enjoy meeting with the doctor because I have several questions, she's very complete in her answers and I believe honest and helps me to decide for the future. I don't always find that with the doctors, but the two or three or four that I respect the most do enter into a discussion and don't just listen.

I just wanted to say that Margo Taylor is one of the most professional doctors that I have ever dealt with. I've dealt with several.

Waiting room: I would like and thank whoever it was who had the idea of having pleasant music and scenic videos for the waiting room. A wonderful alternative to an intrusive TV channel running. Thank you!
