Well, when I got to my appointment and registered at the front desk, they sent me to the hospital to the place I was supposed to go. Everybody I asked along the way that was staffed didn't know where this office was. So I was 15 minutes late to my appointment. They could have canceled on me. Other than that, I don't know. Though I got some answers about my health issues and further evaluations or whatever scheduled and tests, etc., etc. So I don't know. I guess it's okay. They didn't kill me. But that's about all I got to say. Thank you.

I was not called to confirm the date & time of my procedure or if I needed to bring anything with me. Also no 4 week follow-up date was set after the surgery.

Great experience really listened to my concerns

I'd had an ultrasound a year and half ago from my left groin all the way down the lag to my foot, ankle,top, sides where the solid black areas were not long b4 just individual veins. But my right leg lower calf and entire foot and and ankles were perfect looking. So course no ultrasound on that leg and below. Shortly after the ultrasound my right foot ankle inside outside arches became just like the left leg with all the obvious issues at play. By the time the Dr came in to see me, he'd already determined the exact condition going on. I said I'm convinced what's clearly visible isn't the source of the problem and I get attacks of impending doom. Which he just told me if it was heart related then I'd have the at least similar same

Yes, he was a very good doctor. He knows what he's talking about and the nurses do too. That's all I've got to say. They're very good.

The receptionist that checked me in was very professional. She did a great job. She was caring, attentive. I mattered to her, which is very important to me. So that was a wonderful experience. I got in within five or ten minutes and the gentleman I met first was very attentive. He was kind and provided great service. And then the doctor was just fantastic. I can't say enough good things about the doctor. He provided me with, he answered my questions, he told me what was going on, he gave me input and feedback. So it was overall a great experience. So I thank you for that.

Dr. Neilson and his team are always on point in informing me what's is going to happen every six months. I usually walk in terrified of the next stage that he has has done everything he can and it will mean taking out the old graft and putting in a new one. But he watches constantly and it always let's see in the next six months.
