tHIS APPOINTMENT WAS THROUGH A REFERRAL after people/ we got the run around from a Lewiston phone number we were given. I felt this was a faster response. All the staff was very courteous and helpful. Time was taken to get the information collected for the new patient paperwork. I did not feel hurried during this process. The doctor was a delight to meet and talk with.

I just want to say that Dr. Pham is an ace in the hole and Maine General should do everything possible they can to keep her. She's an excellent doctor.

Dr. Pham was very thorough and spoke about my problem in language that I could understand. The rest of the care team were friendly and professional and put me completely at ease.

there was some confusion as to why I was having this procedure. Some time the medical staff assume you understand what they are talking about. It's hard to understand medical terms, when you are nervous and have anxiety.

Waited in the back room for over an hour and a half which I think is ridiculous! We were told that the doctor that he was supposed to see got called away. I understand that and then another doctor was going to take over. It would've been so much easier to just reschedule.
