Dr. Clark is a real person, no obfuscations. He said that I was too old for the surgery, that it would have minimal effect for the price I'd have to pay mentally. Everyone was very respectful.

Surgery was scheduled for within 2 weeks, which was very good because I've had the pinched nerve in my back since November. Insurance wouldn't pay for an MRI until I'd had 6 weeks of PT, and I couldn't get PT until January. After 2 PT sessions, and not being able to do the exercises, insurance finally agreed to MRI. It was such a relief to get an appt with Dr. Clark right away, and for surgery to be schedule right away. Your office is great. Health care system overall is a mess.

The doctors and staff are wonderful. Getting in to be seen as a new patient leaves a lot to be desired. I have a fairly urgent health concern but not necessarily Emergency Room level. Took me 3 months to get the appointment I attended yesterday. I need further more involved treatment and am told it's going to be a long wait yet again. I realize there is a shortage of Doctors due to Covid but somethings gotta change here. We aren't a socialized medical system or a third world country but, it sure seems like it at times. Thanks for listening.

Dr. Clark's medical assistant spoke way too fast. I didn't understand her and she was in too much of a hurry. Other than that, Dr. Clark was absolutely amazing and I would come see him again.
