I was a Northern Light OB. This was a fantastic apt as I felt the provider listened to me.

It was my first time meeting this doctor and I felt very comfortable with her care.

Once I was in the exam room, I was seen rather quickly. However, my appointment was for 10 am. I arrived about 20 minutes early because I knew I was going to have to complete paperwork. I was not taken into the exam room until 10:45 am. The wait was excessive and my time is just as valuable. I had to take extra time from my own job due to the extra wait.

Office seemed to be running way behind. Appt was scheduled for 11:15. I arrived early/on time, after waiting 20mins I reminded receptionist I was there (per sign on the wall). At 11:45 brought into exam room and nurse took weight and blood pressure. Doctor finally came in at 12:00 and seemed rush for the 5-10 minutes she was in the room.

I'm very comfortable seeing Dr. Tschirhart. She is an excellent doctor who explains what your issue is and what can be done now and if that doesn't work what the next step will be. I like the way she will set in front of you while talking to you, makes it much easier for me to ask her questions . She had my Ultra Sound scheduled for me by the next and notified me a few days later the results of the culture taken that day. Thank-you , Doctor T for taking time with me explaining what is happening now & what the next steps will be dealing with this returning issue.

Staff was excellent. I was referred by my doctor and I did have to call the office twice before I was able to schedule an appointment.

This is my first time seeing this doctor, and I was very impressed with her knowledge of my history. A lot of times, new doctors do not take the time to review your history and much rather just ask you your history, but she was prepared and knew my history, which was impressive. Also, she is the first provider that has ever turned her computer screen around and showed me ultrasound and CAT scan images on my health record, and I thought that was just an amazing level to go to. So I can't say enough good about this provider.
