Shawn was, the PA was very nice, very patient. He was very late. I don't think I've ever waited that long for a doctor in an office before. The girl felt kind of great, but he didn't address one of my concerns. And anyway, so I've got to call back about it.

I don't feel good. I feel like I did when I first came home from the hospital. My head don't feel good and my legs are cramping and sore.

Hi. Shawn is very intelligent. He knows his job. He knows his tasks and what he's doing. He was able to suggest the medication for me to start trying and hopefully that works. And if not, he already has a backup plan. And I really appreciate his time, efforts, and help to get me in very promptly. And as always, your facility gives great care. Thank you.

It was very helpful, and we are lucky to have this team in the area to serve us. I would say that they are very specific about the area they treat and do not try and treat the entire patient. What I mean by this is that it is in and out and see you an 6 months. this is normal as I had the same experience with my last colonoscopy. Staff was great but doctors seem to be very busy and do not try and make patient mentally comfortable. Next!! treatment is great though. Next!!

Dr. McGlew is a great listener and cares about me and my care team. He takes time to explain and educate me. He also actually reads my chart! He is apertinent member of my care and I'm lucky to have him. Thank you. The nurse was also very attentive.

I was just a little bit disappointed that Shawn didn't realize I was coming for a follow-up from a UTI infection. At first, he thought I was coming for my yearly checkup with him. So it just spoke to me that he didn't take a minute to look at my file before coming in. But after that was taken care of, the visit went very well. Thank you.

It was always a pleasure to see and discuss my situation with Shawn McGlew. He is extremely competent, friendly, pleasant to deal with, and concerned and kind. I felt adequately cared for and listened to. And he had some very interesting and informative comments that were very helpful in my further and future treatment. I would recommend him highly to anyone. Recommend the entire urologic service of Maine General highly.

I appreciated the care givers knowledge and advice. Together we came up with a plan that gives me comfort that wr are going to watch thi gs before further testing. If things change we will proceed in 3 months. I like tbat we are being cautious overall. Thsnks to my care team.

Although there was a long wait (35 min) Shawn Mcglew was very helpful & knowledgeable. We definitely hit it off. I was very pleased with the overall outcome. I will be seeing him yearly or sooner if more problems & would recommend him to family & friends

I have been coming here a number of years and the only thing that has been checked is my weight and temp. Had an appointment last week and saw the doctor for only 5 minutes. While he was asking me questions he was notified he had a phone call. He left and didn't come back. He hollered to make an appointing in a month.

I needed to be seen in wtvl . I didn't realize it was in Augusta till the last min. I was very anxious about my diagnosis.,so they called me back and arranged for me to be seen in wtvl. That was kind of them to make it work for me. Everyone was so kind. I really felt I had a good understanding of my treatment and diagnosis with what they knew so far.

Everyone was very helpful and Shawn checked out my prostate and said that I have a bladder infection and gave me a prescription for Flomax and I took it and I'm doing much better now.. I think that in another day or two I'll be back to normal!! Yeah!!

The only negative comment that I would say is that I waited along time..My appointment was for 10:30 and I arrived at the office at 10:15..The doctor never came into to see me until 11:10..There was another gentleman that arrived at the office after me and the doctor saw him long before me
