It is not easy being told you have state IV prostate cancer. The whole "care team" ... doctor, nurses, assistants (even those on the admission desk) were great. They clearly explained my condition, the options for treatment, what the treatment will be like, my long term prognosis, etc. They made me and my wife and me part of the discussion and treatment decisions. It significantly helped reduce my (and my wife's) anxiety. I know this will be a long process, but I believe I am in good hands.
