Leah Michaud, and the medical assistant as well (I forgot her name) were amazing. I was blown away at how comfortable they made me feel. They did not rush or treat me like I was a number. They asked questions and really listened, made me laugh and genuinely seemed to care.

Leah Michaud was competent, kind, helpful.. Just what you want when you have a medical appointment. I am very satisfied & happy with the care given.

I think the one piece of feedback could be to have a little bit more of an explanation on upcoming tests. I know that for myself, a mammogram and an ultrasound was scheduled, but I had left feeling a little overwhelmed and not really sure exactly what to expect with either of those as I haven't had a mammogram done before and didn't really know how to prepare for that or have any information around it. So, none of that was explained to me. And then also, I guess the feeling of being overwhelmed with some information during the appointment. Nobody came in and checked on me after to make sure that I was okay or that I had any questions or that I was feeling okay. I did mention I was busy and had to lay down, but nobody came to check on me to make sure that I was okay to drive or anything. So, I just wanted to leave that feedback, but overall, everybody was great. Thank you.

The staff are friendly and professional. The lack of doctors and consistency and extremely long wait times for appointments are detrimental to overall Healthcare in our community.

It was my first time seeing Leah Michaud N.P for my annual GYN exam. She was delightful! Professional, knowledgeable, great listener, and answered all my questions. Her personality was warm, funny and relaxing. She took her time, I did not feel rushed at all. She identified a new nodule, rechecked and double checked it, came up with a plan of care and then asked me if I agreed with it. I surely did agree with it. I felt very safe in her care. She is a winner!

Our RN put us completely at ease and answered all of our (many) questions and concerns with patience and ease. I trusted her immediately. She has ample knowledge about pregnancy and she has a very comfortable way of relating to patients. I feel like I'm in good hands. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I had my first appointment with the nurse practitioner, Leah at the Thayer unit. She was amazing , took the time to listen and recommended a treatment that I did not may help my situation. I was not even made aware that this could help. She took the time to ask some personal questions to get to me know me better.
