Registration staff should acknowledge your presence when you come in and not keep talking with each other without acknowledging you. If they are busy they should say hi someone will be with you in shortly.

This was my very first visit and so the team would not have known all of my history, but I had filled out the paperwork and gave that to them at my appointment. I must admit it was a bit hard to get in as I needed to get a referral from my PCP, but I understand as I am sure so many want appointments. I am just very glad I was able to get in and am now an established patient. I was so impressed with Dr. Wo - very kind, gentle and honest. I had come with a long list of questions and she wanted to spend the time that is needed on each one. She didn't rush through anything. She explained exactly what she was going to do and why. I so appreciated it. Plus, her assistant (I am so sorry, I do not remember her name.) was very kind and nice too. I felt very comfortable. Thank you.

Also very thorough and corrected/updated them. I'm on many meds and have changes often. She explained and answered my questions as I was nervous with it being my first exam. Appointments on time, but did not feel rushed. Receptionist was very friendly and competent of the system for check in. It was a pleasant time that I had dreaded.

The only comment I have (and it may seem odd) is that they (the MA) asked me if the area on my face had ever been "frozen". At the time, I thought they meant frozen by a doctor for a biopsy, so I said "no". But after leaving the facility, in hindsight, I thought maybe they were asking about frostbite. Asking me if it had been frozen was really an ambiguous question and did not necessarily get an accurate answer. Perhaps they should rethink how they ask that question and perhaps give it some context when they ask it.

Staff was very pleasant. My Appt. Was right on time, which is a good thing.

I always receive the best of care by Dr. Wo and her RN or MA. I feel very lucky to be a patient of Dr. Wo. The morning of my last appointment, the air conditioning was not working in their office and it there was a very hot day anticipated. I thought the staff handled this inconvenience and discomfort with professionalism.

So Thankful for having this service here in Augusta! Great doctors & staff!

My appointment was for 3 o'clock and they asked me to arrive 15 minutes early, which I did. It wasn't until after 3 o'clock, about 3:10, that I was admitted to the smaller waiting room and talked to the nurse. It wasn't until 3:50 before the dermatologist came in, which meant it was 50 minutes late for my appointment. That's really hard. I value my time, so in the future I hope you do better.

Yes, I was very impressed with Dr. Wo and her staff. Everyone was wonderful and I was very, very impressed with her. She was so kind, so considerate, so caring and asked me questions and asked permission to touch me. I was very impressed. Now for improvement, you could improve the signage. We went in one door, had trouble finding the elevator. We pressed the elevator because I knew it was on the third floor, but somebody pressed it before us and we stopped on another floor and got off and we got lost. So it took me 15 minutes once I was inside the building to find the office. I couldn't find anyone to even ask. So you need better signage. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Thank you. Bye.

I was very impressed by the speed of getting an appointment. I have been suffering a long time with my skin problem and Dr.Wo has assured me that there is help in healing my "rash." She spoke to me in laymen's terms and that was very helpful. I have seen a lot of doctors in my life and she has got to be among the best.

Because full exams of the skin can necessitate disrobing, it can be an uncomfortable or awkward situation. But Dr Wo was completely solicitous and discreet. Hello, the doctor was extremely informative, kind. I don't think I've ever received better care from any doctor ever. That is a specialist. My primary care is fine, but Dr. Wo was fabulous, explained everything step by step. I felt very comfortable in her care and not rushed at all. I felt like I could ask any questions that I needed to and felt good about the visit.

it was not a comfortable issue I was going in for but the doctor and her assistance made me feel completely at ease. a biopsy was done which was unexpected but hoped for. it was done with explaining every thing she was doing as she went along making sure I was feeling no pain. the comfort and ease of the procedure was excellent I am very pleased with Dr. Wo and Her team

First visit so hard to tell. However MD and staff seemed definitely focused on known "hot spot" rather than taking a "whole patient" approach which really needs to happen given my history. Hopefully we will address this better before any surgery.

Dr. Wo and her Dermatology Nurse were attentive, thorough, considerate and clear about the process. My concerns were addressed and my fears allayed.
