Pleased with the encounter

Once the appointment finally arrived, all went very well and I made another one! Dr. Loring was on time, very efficient, and did exactly what I hoped he would do. I will be back.

Whoa. Dr. Loring was wonderful. He explained everything to me because I was hard of hearing. And he sat down right in front of me and he talked to me and explained exactly what was what and how it was going to be and what treatment he wanted to do. And we discussed what it was that I was accepting of and what we were going to do for that.

No treatment was needed, but the doctor was ready if it becomes needed. That tells me he takes my case seriously.

I felt Dr. Loring was very knowledgeable, provided lots of solutions, was kind, listened, and was extremely helpful. I would highly suggest him. Thank you. Bye-bye.

Dr. Loring was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly, and he took the time both to suggest solutions to my foot problems and to get to know me. Also, as a bonus, he's several decades younger than I am, so he won't be retiring any time soon! The rest of his team were also top-notch and caring.

The doctor was a half hour late for the appointment. I missed time at work to make this appointment. I didn't feel like the doctor heard what I said.

Dr. Loring is very caring and he explains everything in detail. You do not feel rushed with him as with some doctors. I would definitely recommend him. The office staff is very friendly and caring.

Dr Loring was well informed about the reason for my visit, he obviously looked at my records, but asked for my input and a history of my plantar fasciitis, beginning with my first episode. He gave me his assessment of my condition and my options for treatment. I had an injection and we then discussed physical therapy for on going treatment, to which I agreed and a follow up with him later this year. His nurse assistant was very pleasant and thorough in putting my case outline in order.

Wait time for appt was excessive

The doctor was fantastic but did not feel like the person that got me ready for my appointment cared about my comfort. I have severe back pain and had difficulty sitting in the chair. It was difficult putting my shoes on after because the chairs are high and my mobility is not good.

3 1/2 months was a long wait, but the care I received was excellent.

A big Thank you to Dr Loring. He is a first rate podiatrist.

Dr. Loring didn't listen when I tried to explain how I've been treating my ongoing condition and left the room before I had all of my questions answered. I had to go after him in the hallway. Every other employee I interacted with was professional, courteous, and understanding.

Dr. Loring was so kind, he listened to all of my concerns and I felt heard. Would highly recommend him to family and friends!

I had three problems I wanted Dr Loring to look at. After addressing the first two he said he had another patient to see and no more time for me. However, we did talk briefly about my third issue, but his comment made me feel like his other patients were more important than me.

Everyone (from check in to check out) was very professional and thorough in my care. It was extremely busy the day that I was there. I was surprised that I didn't have a long wait to see the doctor. Dr. Loring was wonderful in every way, he answered every question I had and took exceptionally good care of me during my appointment. My entire visit was run smoothly. The care team was great. Dr Loring was terrific. A lot of questions were asked at the check-in that are usually asked by the nurse before the doctor comes in, that made it seem a little cumbersome because they asked again In the exam room. Other than that, it was a fine visit

I was early and got right into the room with the assistant to do my history. The doctor was early too. So the experience was very good

They were running way behind and would have been nice to let us patients know that. I waited 40 minutes after my appointment time to be called back and then had a long wait before getting x-rays. It just shows they care about our time when they let us know.
