As usual, the orthopedic department is a class act, and the doctor that I saw yesterday was just part of that great team. I've been there before, and every opportunity I'm there, they take good care of you, and they do, and she was wonderful yesterday. She certainly is an asset to the department.

I was disappointed that I have to wait for the surgery but I do understand that me smoking will affect the bone from healing. I was hoping the surgery would be real soon. I was very happy with the surgeon as she explained everything to me and answered all my questions.

My last two appointments at this practice have gone perfectly. Greeted by check-in staff promptly. Waited no more than five minutes to be taken to a room. Provider came in promptly and paid attention to me. Did not seem to be in a rush to get out of the room. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. I have great confidence in a successful upcoming surgery because of the way I have been treated at Maine General and this practice. The MA also did a fabulous job telling what to expect for pre-op and assured me that she would have everything organized . This practice that understands and demonstrates MaineGenerals mission. They need to be recognized.
