Not. Sure if this is for my pcp or the general surgery but both were great very personable an looking for what my needs are an wishes towards my treatment

Just wish I could of been seen earlier,it's a long wait time to get to see a surgeon after tests are completed but all is good and explained very well

I wish they would of listened closely when I answered the question about my height. They were 2 inches of and it put me at a higher bmi . So I can not get relief from this hernia anytime soon

When doctors are running behinds someone should be telling patients so we are not sitting for 45 mins to an hour past our appt waiting to be seen. We have to take time off from work in turns we loose money

Dr Reight was personable, friendly and clearly understood the issue. He presented a concise plan and answered all my questions.

The whole staff, including doctor, a surgeon, were excellent. I was very pleased with the service I received for them. The thing is, I wish it was sooner than later that the surgery would take place, but that's life. Hopefully, it will be fine, but I was very pleased with my service up in Thayer. Thank you.

All I can say is I was exstatic it was as quick and pleasant as ir was. WAS VERY PLEASED!!!!

I waited 35 minutes for an appointment and my appointment was at 10 o'clock. And was only in there not even 2 minutes with the doctor.

Dr Ian Reight was awesome.

After care instructions, after the surgery I had two sheets and they did not compare at all. One said to leave everything in place until my meeting with Dr. Reight. The other one said to change the bandages daily. I had to call and find out which one was correct. That needs to be more informative so people understand.

Dr. Reight and his staff were wonderful. I would highly recommend him to anybody.

The staff were very kind, and the doctor was great.

I think the experience was overall very good, Information about the upcoming surgery was explained kind of decent so I could understand you know, what was basically gonna happen and where and the time. And even the people at the front desk before I got to see the doctor were very pleasant to talk to. Yeah, basically yeah and when I first got there I didn't even know where to go and just asking and people were right there to point me in the right direction which was great, thank you very much.

I appreciated the bed side manner of the doctor and staff. I was treated like a person and not just a number.
