I was treated very well and the Dr was gentle and kind treating my problem, as well as explaining everything. The nurse and Dr made me feel comfortable at my visit.

Oh, I just wanted to suggest that they put in their office bathroom for patients a place to hang or set a purse so you don't have to set stuff on the floor or someplace wet. That was it. All right. Thanks.

From the registration staff, assistant and Dr I haven't received that level of care since being stationed in Maine. I truly wanted to hug the assistant for her compassion and understanding of military challenges. I commented to the Dr. "He was a breath of fresh air." I have already recommended to the other members of the military I'm stationed with.

I was nervous seeing a new doctor at a new facility (was a patient at CMMC and my surgeon retired). Dr Makura was very kind and explained everything to me. I am post surgical cancer, so have a degree of anxiety about my follow ups. All the staff were very kind and respectful. I was impressed.

The office and support staff were extremely kind and pleasant. However, the provider was a jerk in every way possible. He did not listen. He over spoke and made me feel like he was doing me a favor by his presence.
