By dialing 1-855-4MGHINFO (1-855-464-4463), callers get help to find a provider, access health care services or ask questions about our health care system.

If you are deaf, hard of hearing, have a speech disability or are late-deafened, please call 711 (Maine Relay Service).

You can also email public@mainegeneral.org and we will connect you with the right resource.

Our call center maintains a library of data and information to connect patients with services and medical staff.

Our medical staff also can call 1-855-4MGHINFO to refer patients for services.

If you have a patient care concern or issue, please call our Patient Advocate Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at (207) 248-5290.

In the evenings or on weekends and holidays, a Clinical Administrator is available to discuss your concerns. Please call the hospital switchboard at (207) 626-1000.
